I’m trying to learn some healthful habits. I started an app on my phone call TheFabulous. That is supposed to help encourage you to build good habits.
One of the suggested habits is being grateful for 10 minutes. I thought I’d write down what I’m grateful for, and what better place to do it than here.
Today I’m grateful that my husband is a good father. We are imperfect parents. But we are learning together. He is great with playing with our son. It is bad to say, but I get board and have a hard time playing with a toddler for any length of time. but my husband and play cars or sandbox , or push W on the swing for 20 minutes. He is engaged with our son during these play time.
